A scathing U.S. House report condemns Boeing and the FAA for a series of failures leading up to two 737 Max crashes that killed 346 people. The plane manufacturer says it’s working to strengthen its “safety culture,” and the FAA says it’s “focused on advancing overall aviation safety.”
